• Set and operate horizontal and vertical CNC milling machinery.
• Manufacture high‑precision components to tight tolerances for demanding applications.
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Carry out routine maintenance and ensure maximum machine efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively within a skilled team to meet production targets in a fast‑paced environment.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating CNC milling machines in a precision engineering environment.
• Confident working to tight tolerances across a variety of materials.
• Proficient with Fanuc programming.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a methodical, quality‑driven mindset.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Solid mechanical understanding and competence with hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing top‑quality work.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Competitive Pay: £19.00 - £22 per hour (depending on experience).
