Calibration Technician Lead – Dwyer Omega

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day operation of the calibration laboratory.
  • Ensuring full adherence to company policies, work instructions, test methods and best‑practice standards.
  • Loading and unloading sensors in calibration manifolds, verifying results, and generating result files.
  • Reviewing calibration outputs and independently interpreting results.
  • Coaching, training, and developing new and existing team members.
  • Supporting other production areas to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively contributing to Tier 1 meetings and cross‑functional activities.
