Thorlabs in Ely is recruiting a CNC Programmer to support R&D and Manufacturing with programming and machining of new components. You will program, set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis milling centres, while collaborating with R&D to improve component manufacturability and efficiency.
The role requires precision in a high-mix, low-volume environment and experience with Fanuc/Haas controls. Training in Vericut is provided and knowledge of CAD/CAM tools (Solid Works, Mastercam) is preferred.
