We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team and help deliver high-quality care in Ely. As a Practice Nurse, you will play an essential role in the delivery of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting general nursing duties such as immunizations, wound care, and health assessments.
- Chronic disease management e.g. diabetes, hypertension, asthma.
- Cervical screening, and vaccinations.
- Supporting the clinical team with minor illness assessments.
- Health promotion and patient education.
- Maintaining accurate patient records in line with practice protocols.
