  • Assist food preparation collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
  > high dishes consistently specification for our guests
li>Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and management of supplies.
• the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance.
