Floor Manager

As Floor Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team in running day‑to‑day operations. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.

• Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
• Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
• Ensure the store meets all legal, safety and operational requirements
• Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performing store culture

• Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A hands‑on approach with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions
• Passion for retail and delivering great service
