Up to £31,000 per annum | 42 hours per week | Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Farm Shop Retail Manager to take the lead in a thriving Food Hall packed with quality produce, artisan cheeses, locally sourced meats, freshly baked goods and fantastic products from across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail manager who loves great food, enjoys leading a team and knows how to turn a brilliant product range into a brilliant shopping experience.

Due to location, the ideal candidate will need to be a driver

• Leading, motivating and developing your team.

• Creating an inviting Food Hall with outstanding product displays.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.

• Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships.

• Driving sales, controlling costs and maximising profit.

• Introducing exciting products, seasonal displays and promotions.

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and retail standards.

• Retail management experience, ideally in a farm shop, deli, food hall or speciality food business.

• A genuine passion for quality food and local produce.

• A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

• Strong commercial awareness and an eye for detail.

• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.

• Salary up to £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)

• 42 hours per week
