Move Manager / Sales Progressor at haart Ely

We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles. Experience with in estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home‑buying process is highly desirable.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and keep the branch running smoothly
What you’ll be doing
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
  • Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of branch sales progression
  • Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home‑moving process
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience
What’s on offer to you

Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (depending on experience).

  • Basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per year
  • Complete on‑target earnings of £30,000 per year
  • Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a portion of the pipeline:
    • 65% – £250
    • 75% – £500
    • 85% – £750
What you need to bring to the table
  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
  • Passionate about haart, our values, and processes.
  • A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
