This is a full-time on-site role based in Ely for a Traffic Coordinator. The Traffic Coordinator will manage daily logistical operations, including scheduling waste collection, overseeing vehicle routes, and maintaining efficient traffic management for the fleet. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, ensuring timely delivery of services, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating with drivers and teams to streamline operations.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Traffic Management or logistics coordination
• Basic understanding or experience in Project Management
• Sales skills to manage customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy operational environment
• Proficiency in using logistics systems and software programs
• Previous experience in waste management or a related industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
