The Detail Specialist is a very important role within the organization providing quality service to our customers. A successful detailer is someone who is reliable, hard working, detail-oriented and strives in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and detail new car deliveries, as well as recondition vehicles for the used car lot.

Wash, extract, and buff vehicles.

Understand how to detail all makes and models of vehicles.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Conduct final inspection on every vehicle before delivering to a customer.

Support the Service and Sales Departments in their detailing needs.

Complete paint finish repairs and reconditioning when applicable.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma is preferred.

Previous auto detailing experience and certifications are a plus, but are not a requirement.

Possess a valid driver’s license.

Hold a clear driving record (no accidents, tickets).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Possess a strong work ethic with an attention to detail.

Reliable with an energetic and positive attitude.

Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
