Mechanical Designer

Advatech Pacific is currently seeking a Catia Designer with 7+ years of experience. This position will be located in Elyria, Ohio. The primary focus will be on modeling and designing mechanical components and systems, with Catia as the main software used. The ideal candidate will participate in regular meetings to coordinate design details with clients, designers, engineers, and management.

Skills & Requirements

• Demonstrated design and modeling experience with mechanical components in Catia.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Catia, NX, or PRO-E.
• Experience in design, fabrication, and analysis of composites, formed aluminum, cast, and other metallic components.
• Knowledge of high and low-pressure pneumatic valves.
• Experience in design, assembly, testing, and inspection of DC and AC fuel pumps.
• Experience with ISO processes in daily tasks.

Education

Requires a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
