• Manage project engineering and related personnel functions, including planning procurement, design review, project controls, and work assignments.
• Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule.
• Prepare documents to obtain quotes from vendors for material, equipment, and specialty items.
• Track material deliveries and monitor crew assignments to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Interface with departments, divisions, and internal staff on budgeting, staffing, training, scheduling, and other activities requiring discretion and judgment.
• Review engineering plans and vendor submittals.
• Conduct field walks and spot checks of work being performed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and OSHA policies and regulations.

• 2+ years of experience as a construction Project Engineer.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.

• Understand, interpret, and consistently apply safety laws, company policies, and standards.
• Apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Build trust and achieve results with clients and team members.
• Read drawings, interpret work specifications, and work scopes.
• Demonstrate solid attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Strong work ethic to complete tasks as a team in a high‑quality manner.
