• Assisting with daily living needs and personal care while promoting dignity and respect.
• Supporting individuals in reaching their goals and building life skills.

• Maintaining accurate records and following individualized support plans.
• Working hand-in-hand with families and team members to ensure success.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and other compliance requirements.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field preferred, but not required (training provided).
