- Maintaining accurate records and following individualized support plans.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass background check and other compliance requirements.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field preferred, but not required (training provided).
