Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Loyalty Staffing Inc. is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring from strategy through onboarding. This full-time, in-person role in Elyria, OH offers an hourly pay range of $16.50 to $17.00
. You will use recruiting and HR technology to find strong candidates, run structured selection activities, and deliver clear recruiting reporting to the team.

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
• Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications
• Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post roles to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees so they become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Produce analytical, well-documented recruiting reports for the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency)
• Strong ability to conduct different interview types (structured, competency-based, and stress-based)
• Hands‑on experience with selection processes, including video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers, including in‑tray activities, work samples, and psychometric and IQ/EQ tests
• Familiarity with HR databases,
  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands‑on experience with recruiting software, plus HRIS and/or HRMS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision‑making skills
• Background and drug test required
