• Able to interpret production documentation including order forms, customer's special instructions,and inspect the product to insure it was performed.
• Able to perform a final audit of inspect using quality standard and review with operator if needed. Or informing the supervisor for further instructions.
• Able to assemble kits.
• Able to order stock when levels are low to insure, we don't run out.
• Visually inspects material during the assembly process to prevent defects and scrap
• Responsible for quality of assembled product prior to and including their workstation
• Properly scam barcodes assemble shipping box for shipping product.
• Assists with training of others
• Strict compliance to FDA and ISO control standards and record keeping
• Adheres to all safety policies
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in accordance with 5 S principles
• Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Bending, twisting and/or squatting may be required
• Demonstrated flexibility in attitude and willingness to work in all areas as needed
• Demonstrated ability to understand and follow work instructions
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work overtime with little or no notice
• Ability to be cross trained
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of quality standards to apply visual inspection
• Knowledge of proper problem-solving skills
• Must have thorough understanding of quality systems and their relationship to job performance including ISO Overview, corrective/preventative actions and work instructions
• Must have physical ability and manual dexterity necessary to perform the duties pertaining to job
