Schedule:

10-hour shift, Day shift, Night shift, No weekends (Mon-Thur)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour days)
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM (Four 10-hour days)

• Operate and monitor food manufacturing equipment, including commercial mixers, blenders, and high-speed packaging machinery.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products and raw materials, promptly reporting any quality deviations.
• Assist with routine line setup, basic machine troubleshooting, and sanitization between production runs.
• Accurately complete basic production documentation and batch logs.

• 1+ years of experience in food production, machine operation, packaging, or general manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or food safety guidelines is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and positive team-oriented attitude.
• Basic math, communication, and measurement skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to work in an environment with exposure to common food allergens (milk, whey, egg, and soy).
• Adherence to facility safety and GMP policies (no jewelry, watches, false nails, or loose items allowed in production areas).
