  • Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on manufacturing or plant operations experience, preferably in process manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, hold employees accountable, and build a positive, productive work environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing safety, quality control, production efficiency, and cost management.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S, or Kaizen initiatives preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

  • Rotating 2-2-3 schedule with built‑in days off.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on team performance and operational success.
  • Collaborative leadership environment with opportunities to drive meaningful improvements.
  • Join an established manufacturing operation that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
