Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

PIRTEK Elyria is part of a nationwide leader in fluid transfer solutions. We specialize in on-site hydraulic hose repair and replacement, serving a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, and more. We are looking for a skilled, motivated Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our growing team.

• Job Title: Hydraulic Hose Technician
• Location: PIRTEK Elyria, Elyria, OH
• Pay: $23–$30/hour (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Full-Time; must be willing to work after hours and weekends

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic hose systems on-site for industrial and mobile equipment
• Fabricate and install hydraulic hoses and fittings in the field and shop
• Lead and train technicians as needed
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and equipment
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time
• Provide excellent customer service during all service calls
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls after hours and on weekends
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial repair)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems
• Experience with industrial equipment and outdoor work is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
