Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and mechanically inclined Mechanical Technician to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in industrial mechanical work, pipe fitting, fabrication, equipment installation, or a related trade. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities, and can work independently or as part of a team.

IMPORTANT:
Extensive out-of-state travel is a requirement of this position. Candidates must be willing and available to travel regularly for extended periods, depending on project schedules.

• Install, assemble, maintain, and modify industrial piping and mechanical systems.
• Perform mechanical assembly, fabrication, and equipment installation.
• Assist with pipe fitting, tubing installation, bending, and system modifications.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and P&IDs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial equipment.
• Perform measurements, layout, cutting, grinding, and material preparation.
• Assist with welding operations, including TIG, MIG, stick, and orbital welding, as qualified.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop practical solutions in the field.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with project supervisors and other team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.

• Previous hands‑on experience in mechanical installation, industrial maintenance, pipe fitting, fabrication, or a related skilled trade preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings preferred.
• Experience with industrial piping, welding, or high‑pressure systems is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project schedules require.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks, as applicable to job and customer-site requirements.
