We're working with a welcoming primary school in Emersons Green, Bristol to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.

• Provide tailored support to a pupil with additional learning needs.
• Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans.
• Build a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress.
• Support emotional regulation and social development.
• Assist with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion.

• Caring, empathetic, and patient approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs.
• Experience with a BSL or specialist learning needs is an advantage but not essential.
