Outreach Support Worker - £13.50 per hour + £60 per sleep‑in

Permanent Position (initially temp)

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding outreach role where every day makes a difference? We're looking for a female Outreach Support Worker to our client, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community.

You'll provide 1:1 outreach support
, helping people maintain independence, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities. Many of our service users are active and enjoy being out and about - walks, social activities, and community involvement are all part of the role.

To be successful, you will need to be able to:

• Manage complex needs with confidence and compassion
• Support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues
• Work independently - experience in domiciliary care or lone working is highly desirable
• Drive and have access to your own car
• Communicate clearly in English - due to the needs of some service users
• Be comfortable supporting younger, active individuals

• £13.50 per hour
• £60 per sleep‑in
