We are ARCO, a family of construction companies. ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Industrial/Tilt Superintendent with 10+ years of assignment experience, including 5+ years as a project lead Superintendent.

• Attend post‑award review meetings to receive project information for pre‑planning
• Participate with the Project Manager in preparing a schedule of construction activities, sequence, and manpower requirements
• Direct and control total construction project to meet specifications and schedule, produce expected profit
• Assist Project Manager/Engineer with shipment of materials, shop drawing approvals, and materials samples
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to align with project schedules
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of any construction schedule changes
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports to accurately reflect actual costs
• Review and approve requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and other significant documents
• Cooperate with owners and their representatives, keeping them informed of progress
• Cooperate with architects or owner representatives on a mutually beneficial basis
• Hold job site meetings with Project Manager and Regional Manager, report to Project Manager on progress, plans, problems
• Maintain a daily diary of key project facts and events
• Direct adherence to the company’s safety program at all phases
• Make decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize people, tools, and equipment to accomplish results
• Demonstrate leadership skills and resolve conflict
• Exhibit commitment to quality, evaluate processes, and meet customer expectations
• Act with integrity, support company values, focus on meeting customer requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience, at least 5 as a project lead Superintendent
• Experience completing ground‑up Industrial projects, preferably in Northern California
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Current valid driver license in your state of residence
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform field duties
