As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will assist the department head in overseeing all activities of the food and beverage departments. You will ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards, and help maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist department head with oversight of food and beverage activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service.
- Help maximize profits and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage staff.
- Read, write and speak English.
- Prefer two to three years of fine dining experience.
- Prefer two years of banquet management experience.
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
- Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.
- Requires eighth‑grade math level.
- Requires high school reasoning level.
- Requires twelfth‑grade language use level.

Salary Range: USD $74,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year.
