• Oversee the full software delivery lifecycle for one or many enterprise applications, supporting critical business functions:
• Buyer and Planner
  
  Activities:
  
  Vendor management, inventory planning, procurement, and distribution.
• Independent Store Operator
  
  Activities:
  
  Order management, inventory intake, and hand-held device management.
• Warehouse and Logistics:
  Supply chain management for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to prioritize and manage functional and non functional backlogs, leading development teams in agile, scrum-based deliveries.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, managing project and system dependencies and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Oversee the technical design, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the development process.
• Lead the design of scalable, reliable software systems, promoting best practices in efficient software development across teams.
• Track and measure software delivery performance with key metrics, continually enhancing development processes for optimal outcomes.
• Leverage cloud services, open standards, and frameworks to accelerate development while optimizing CI/CD and Dev Ops automation.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and low-latency user experiences by monitoring applications and integration solutions consistently.
• Implement product metric monitoring solutions to derive insight for feature improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Proven experience managing onshore and offshore development teams with a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong capability in applying structured, systematic approaches to guide teams through complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Proficient in programming languages: C#, .Net, Java, React. Angular
• Strong understanding of databases (both relational and non-relational). SQL, Mongo
• Proficiency with Dev Ops tools and technologies:
  Google Cloud CLI, Kubernetes, Docker, Code Quality and Vulnerability Metrics.
• Extensive experience with cloud services: GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Redis/Mem Cache).
• Strong understanding of application and service security practices and implementations.
• Established experience in bringing efficiency using modern engineering practices and is champions in agile software development process.
• Able to measure the value of the work being done and is able to take appropriate actions based on the experiments and learnings.
• Understands the reliability principles and is able to establish SLI/SLOs for applications based on measurable instrumentations of code and applications.
• Strong advocate of a cohesive, collaborative and inclusive culture.
