Hybrid PositionMust live by LA or Emeryville office. Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Qualifications- Must have experience supporting class and collective actions and employment/wage and hour claims.
- Must know at a confident, expert level how to run Tables of Authorities and research case law on Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
- Must have been in the class action, employment sector for at least 3 years (not overall paralegal years).
- Proactive, communicative, thrives in a high volume environment.
