Senior Estimator – Architectural Millwork & Casework

A well‑established Mid‑Atlantic architectural millwork and casework manufacturer with approximately 80+ associates is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead high‑value commercial bids and support continued growth.
This is a career‑level role for an experienced millwork estimator who understands commercial construction, pricing strategy, and how to win profitable work—not an entry‑level position.

- Lead estimating efforts for complex commercial millwork and casework projects
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
- Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals
- Solicit and negotiate vendor and subcontract pricing
- Identify value‑engineering and margin‑improvement opportunities
- Maintain estimating databases, cost keys, and pricing models
Submit bids on time and follow through to close work - Support smooth turnover to Project Management
- Maintain relationships with GCs, architects, and vendors
- 5+ years estimating architectural millwork / casework (commercial required)
- Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and installation
- Proven ability to price work accurately and win projects
- Experience with estimating software (Crow’s Nest or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple bids without sacrificing accuracy
- Professional communicator comfortable working with senior‑level clients
- Competitive salary commensurate with senior‑level experience
