• Manage a dedicated book of personal lines business, serving as the main point of contact for our policyholders.
• Guide clients through their insurance options, explaining coverages and suggesting adjustments that offer better protection.
• Process renewals, handle mid-term changes, and resolve billing inquiries with accuracy and care.
• Identify potential coverage gaps for clients and proactively offer solutions to ensure they are well-protected.
• Collaborate with our carrier partners to negotiate terms and resolve complex policy issues on behalf of our clients.
• Keep accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions within our management system.

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience managing personal lines accounts.
• Strong command of agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail when reviewing policies and endorsements.
• Prior experience with carrier portals for quoting and policy issuance.
