Director of Nursing

A non‑profit, four‑star rated long‑term care facility in the Emmaus, PA area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee a 120‑bed facility. The organization has low turnover rates and prioritizes clinical leadership, with the CEO also an RN.

Base Pay Range
: $110,000 – $117,000 per year.

• 1 year experience as Director of Nursing, or 2–3 years as Assistant Director of Nursing at a similarly sized facility.
• Minimum BSN education.

• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to oversee the entire nursing team – House Supervisors, Unit Supervisors, and Clinical Educator.
• Oversee a facility comprised of approximately 75% long‑term care beds and 25% short‑term rehab beds.
