Responsibilities
for a Cook with Phoebe Emmaus:
Responsible for producing all required menu items, per production systems, for preparation to transport to multiple serving areas and main dining venues. Performs culinary duties in main production kitchen. Follows set recipes and daily production worksheets. Coordinates the distribution of the prepared menu items for all special events, functions and daily for each meal at set times. Prepares food for all dining venues.
Performs all duties while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Consistently meets food safety regulations while handling all food products and food storage.
