This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an experienced IPM Technician based in Emmaus, PA. The IPM Technician will be responsible for conducting pest inspections, implementing integrated pest management strategies, and applying treatments according to industry standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of service, troubleshooting pest‑related concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

• Strong knowledge of pest control strategies, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methods, and prevention techniques
• Experience in property maintenance and pest inspections for both residential and commercial properties
• Proficiency in record‑keeping, effective communication skills, and customer service excellence
• Valid pest control certification or licensure as required by Pennsylvania state regulations
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying work environments
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the role, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions
• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
