COA Emmen zoekt een woonbegeleider jeugd die jongeren van 13 tot 18 jaar begeleidt in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en zelfstandigheid. Je organiseert groepsactiviteiten en fungeert als schaduwmentor bij complexe casuïstiek.
Je beschikt over een mbo-4 diploma in een agogische richting en minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring met methodisch begeleiden en interculturele communicatie. Je werkt in een team met ochtend-, middag- en nachtdiensten en voert ook kamercontroles en voorlichting uit.
