Bauführer/in Flachdach 80-100% Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Bauführung von Baustellen im Hochbau
- Matrialbewirtschaftung
- Ausmass und Abrechnung
- Nachkalkulation
- Termin- und Kostenkontrolle
- Mitarbeiterführung
- Solide und abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Bauwesen (idealerweise als Spengler/in, Polybauer/in, Dachdecker/in)
- Ideal: abgeschlossene Bauführerschule oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
- EDV-Kenntnisse (ideal ABACUS)
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit
- Fähigkeit, Menschen zu führen
- Vielseitige Kaderstelle mit grosser Selbständigkeit
