Arbeitsvorbereitung, Bauführung von Baustellen im Hoch- und Tiefbau, Materialbewirtschaftung, Ausmass und Abrechnung, Nachkalkulation, Termin- und Kostenkontrolle, Mitarbeiterführung.
Sie sollten eine solide Grundausbildung im Bauwesen (idealerweise Maurer, Bauisolateur oder Polybauer) sowie eine Bauführerschule oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung mitbringen.
