Job Summary
Mountain Land Physical Therapy (MLPT) is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one‑third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we put physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment.
To expand access in underserved rural areas, MLPT offers a total annual income of $90,000–$110,000 for therapists hired in one of our rural clinics, including $80,000–$85,000 in salary and $10,000–$20,000 in bonus in the first year.

Position DetailsFull‑time physical therapist position in a rural outpatient setting. The role includes patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation using advanced diagnostic imaging and innovative therapies.
Responsibilities- Manage a balanced caseload – top performers treat an average of 11–12 patients per day with dedicated one‑on‑one time.
- Exercise autonomy in treatment planning, incorporating continuing education and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with a high‑level team of therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals to deliver cutting‑edge rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate documentation using an AI‑driven, HIPAA‑compliant EMR platform that reduces charting time.
