Rivers Edge Rehabilitation is a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term and short‑term care, as well as geriatric services. We provide a stable and supportive in‑house therapy team and excellent programs for our geriatric clientele.

• Apply evidence‑based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical‑functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, supportive device use) under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
