Care Arc is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Team. The Accounting Clerk performs a range of routine accounting activities focusing mainly on accounts payable, and general ledger analysis to ensure complete and accurate financial reports.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing, posting, and recording of all relevant financial transactions or information as assigned (A/P, general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting).
• Maintains all functions of Accounts Payable Electronic Routing System.
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Answers all vendor inquiries.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

• Associate's Degree - Preferred, Field of Study:
  Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and other software tools
• Accounts Payable experience
