Civil Project Engineer​/Manager

Overview

BG Consultants, Inc. is searching for an experienced project engineer / manager to join our growing team in Manhattan and Emporia, Kansas. This is a mid-upper level position for designing general civil engineering projects in the areas of water/wastewater/stormwater, transportation and site development. Qualified individuals should be extremely dependable, responsible, and flexible with a desire to learn. He or she must have a strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines.

Design and manage general civil engineering projects in the areas of water/wastewater/stormwater, transportation and site development. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality work.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  
  minimum 5-15+ years
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience with Arc View/GIS
• Knowledge of other civil engineering design and analysis software, such as Water
  
  CAD, Sewer
  
  CAD, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and HCS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Must be resourceful and communicate with a high level of professionalism with office staff
