Overview
Grow Nurturing Families department at TFI Family Services is hiring full-time therapists. The role focuses on PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) for families with kids ages 2-7. Therapists work in a dyad with a Support Worker who handles case management, allowing the therapist to focus on clinical interventions. You will engage families, schedule weekly therapy sessions, participate in case staffing and clinical supervision, complete documentation, and access CEUs and training.
The position offers opportunities to learn and grow with a supportive team and flexible schedules.
- Provide PCIT to families with children ages 2-7.
- Work in a dyad with a Support Worker handling case management to allow focus on clinical interventions.
- Schedule and conduct weekly therapy appointments with each family.
- Participate in case staffing, clinical supervision, and complete required documentation.
- Utilize play-based techniques and evidence-based practices to support families.
- Therapist licensure or enrollment in licensure with supervision (as required by state).
- Experience with PCIT preferred; training and certification provided by the organization.
- Ability to work in a close-knit, supportive team environment; commitment to self-care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Predictive Index Assessments are used to help determine candidate fit. Complete the PI assessment (5–7 minutes; no right or wrong answers).
CompensationAverage salary is $57,803.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
