Location: On-site | First Shift | Industry Leader in Automotive Aftermarket Solutions
Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments? Hopkins Manufacturing is looking for a Manufacturing Production/Project Engineer to play a key role in optimizing our processes, enhancing product quality, and supporting the continued innovation of our facilities and operations.
This is more than just an engineering role — it's an opportunity to drive real impact across multiple areas of production, from workstation design to capital project execution.
What You'll Do- Design safe, efficient workstations and processes for a diverse range of products
- Conduct time studies and define accurate labor standards
- Support Quality Control with process improvements
- Evaluate new technologies to improve cost, efficiency, and scalability
- Lead facility upgrades, capital equipment purchases, and layout enhancements
- Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to bring ideas to life
- BS in Engineering/Technology or 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and adaptability
- Experience with plastic injection molding is a strong plus
- A mindset for continuous improvement and safety-first thinking
