Pay Range

Base pay: $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Enhance clinical care and quality of life of residents while protecting resident rights
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered
• Daily resident assessment to ensure proper treatment and evaluate physical/emotional status
• Communicate resident status to RN Supervisor and other staff
• Implement changes directed by RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing
• Perform professional services (catheterization, tube feeding, suction, dressing changes, specimen collection, etc.) as per policies
• Record keeping on required LPN forms and charts
• Exchange nursing reports during shift handoffs
• Investigate complaints and grievances; report to RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing
• Maintain professional image in dress, behavior, and speech
• Adhere to facility policies and standards
