Midland Care Connection seeks a Transportation Specialist to ensure PACE participants are transported safely between homes, medical appointments, and the Day Center. You will drive vehicles, assist with transfers, and maintain a respectful, supportive atmosphere during trips.
Responsibilities include helping participants in and out of vehicles, performing basic vehicle checks, and communicating any schedule or health changes to the care team. DOT screening and valid insurance are required.
