Aero Auto Repair is looking for Automotive Technicians with 5+ years of experience to join the best team in the county.

Hi, my name is Tony and I just want to be real with you for a minute. I am the proud owner of Aero Auto Repair & California Autohaus. I started in this industry as a technician, just like you. I worked my way up starting as a lube tech and floor sweep into an ASE Certified Mechanic with a passion for Mercedes.

I quickly burned out working for shops that over promised and underdelivered. I was tired of being underappreciated. I was tired working with unsafe, aged equipment. I was tired of not having my voice heard. I was tired of working with no shop tools or support. I was tired of feeling like nothing I did mattered. I reached my breaking point and decided to start my own company and I vowed to change our industry and the way technicians are treated.

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• A CE Certified Mechanic
• Experience with Mercedes preferred

• Base pay of double the minimum wage with a production pay plan
• Goal that all technicians earn AT LEAST 100k per year, with master technicians in the range of 120k–160k per year

  Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
