A community-focused organization in Encinitas is seeking a Youth Development Teacher to lead and implement activities for children aged 5-12. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, engaging environment while exemplifying behavior management. Requirements include a high school diploma, completion of 12 units in child development, and minimum 6 months experience in child care. Training in CPR and First Aid is mandatory within 30 days of hire.
This position offers a pay range of $19.69 - $23.63 per hour.
