About The Role

We are currently looking for a caring and energetic Middle School Teacher to join our team. If you have a passion for working with children, provide the best education and care to students, work collaboratively, and want to learn and grow, we want you to be a part of our team. Our teachers have the fun opportunity to enjoy working with a wide variety of students and implementing an array of teaching methods and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Partner to create & cultivate a responsive learning environment
• Demonstrate self-awareness, reflect on practice with self and others, and act on feedback
• Develop classroom resources and a physical environment that supports students and their learning
• Collaborate with other faculty and school teams to positively impact student experience
• Continuously bring together different instructional methods to help students delve deeper into subjects
• Communicate with parents to support student achievement
• Develop relationships with other school staff
• Promote positive development and social and emotional competencies in students
• Maintain a well‑organized and engaging classroom environment

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Master’s Degree preferred)
• 3 or more years of full‑time teaching experience
• Single Subject Teaching Credential
• Strong communicator with the ability to help students delve deep into subjects
• Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
