Responsibilities & Qualifications- Able to pass pre‑employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- Available to respond throughout the shift for all GRC (independent living residents) needs/concerns and activated emergency alarm call system; assess need for treatment (911)
- Make rounds of the internal and external buildings and parking lots
- Respond to GRC/independent emergency situations to resolve any incident that could potentially harm personnel, residents, and visitors; call for outside assistance as needed
- Respond to emergency call systems and fire alarms. Contain fire until fire department arrives and assist departments with moving residents and controlling crowds
- Inspect all areas of the facility for safety and fire hazards, document findings, and notify supervisor and safety committee
