Pay Range$26.00/hr – $30.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Under general supervision, coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment and materials to job sites. Act as a laborer when required and operate construction equipment including forklift, tractors, backhoe, roller, skid steer, and trenchers.
Minimum Qualifications- At least 1 year of construction equipment operation experience.
- CDL Class A driver’s license with a 2‑year clean DMV record.
- Deliver and pick up equipment and materials to specific job sites.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain communication with supervisor regarding deliveries.
- Inspect truck, equipment, and supplies for safety compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance on truck.
- Safely operate a variety of construction equipment, including forklift, tractors, backhoe, roller, skid steer, and trenchers.
- Serve as a laborer on construction job sites, performing manual tasks such as grading, planting, shoveling, and other duties as directed.
- Transport heavy equipment (truck and trailer combinations, water truck, backhoe, gang mower, bobcat, trencher, skip loader with bucket, and crane truck) for landscape operations.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper and safe operation.
- Assist with landscape installation.
- Operate, care for, and maintain all hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment related to the trade.
- Apply methods and techniques for handling, storing, and delivering materials and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Construction landscaping experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is useful.
The physical demands of this position include:
- Constantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand, and walk.
- Requires good near and far vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 lb. of weight frequently during the day.
- Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull materials and equipment.
- Ability to work in various positions (standing, walking, stooping, bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting) for extended periods.
