Farrow Built is seeking a highly detail-oriented and computer-savvy Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Enderby, BC.

This is a fast-paced, systems-driven role focused on producing accurate estimates and professional proposals for a wide range of construction projects. You will work within a proven process using digital tools and software to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Full-Time, Permanent

On-site at 702 Mill Ave, Enderby, BC

$30–$40 per hour, based on experience

• Generate accurate project estimates using company systems and software
• Work daily within Excel, estimating platforms, and cloud-based tools
• Learn and apply new systems quickly with minimal oversight
• Gather pricing from subcontractors and suppliers as required
• Quote projects including shops, barns, garages, fencing, roofing, repairs, and maintenance
• Attend and contribute to the daily 7:00 a.m. team meeting (~45 minutes)
• Maintain organized digital records of estimates and proposals
• Communicate clearly with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

• Strong computer proficiency (Excel, spreadsheets, estimating software, cloud tools)
• Ability to quickly learn and master new systems
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong time management and task prioritization
• Clear and professional digital communication skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and accountable
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Estimating or construction experience is an asset, but not required
• General understanding of construction materials and processes is a plus
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn is essential

• Sitting at a desk for extended periods
• 100% office-based role (no site visits required)
