In this Member Advisor position, you'll be on the front lines of member interactions, helping to identify needs and offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first contact point for member inquiries
• Manage transactions for opening accounts and deposits
• Drive digital banking engagement among members
• Support branch targets and promote products effectively
• Participate in training and continuous professional development
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma is necessary; further education is a plus
• Successful completion of internal certification program
• Demonstrated flexibility and a positive attitude
• Understanding of risk management principles
