* Developing verification processes to meet customer's expectations and regulatory requirements
* Training and mentoring junior engineers
* Assigning day-to-day tasks to the team, preparing status, and working with the project manager to communicate progress and risks to the customer If you have the skills, experience, and desire to join our talented team and contribute to the needs of today's modern aircraft, we want to talk to you about this opportunity. Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 7 years of related experience
* Hands-on experience with C
* Hands-on experience with testing
* Experience with DO-178C verification
* Excellent interpersonal skills including working in a team environment
* Ability to work independently
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality
* Must be a U.S. Citizen Qualifications Desired:
* Experience with Vector

CAST or a similar verification tool
* Experience with software development
* Understanding of all DO-178C life cycles Required
